Good Deal Financing Inc. is seeking a General Manager to provide strategic direction and lead all business operations from finance to customer experience. The role requires deep expertise in growth, risk management, and regulatory compliance, with accountability for portfolio performance and partnerships.

The incumbent will drive business development, oversee departments, and ensure sustainable, compliant growth while delivering measurable results in a dynamic market in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Accounting, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage.
• At least 8–10 years of progressive experience in financing, lending, or related industry.
• At least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee overall business operations of Good Deal Financing Inc., ensuring departments align with strategy.
• Develop and implement annual operating plans and performance targets for growth and profitability.
• Drive sales and financing growth by identifying new markets, products, and partnerships.
• Oversee credit, risk, collections, and portfolio performance to maintain healthy growth.
• Manage partnerships with dealers, merchants, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Review financial performance and KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with laws, SEC regulations, data privacy, and internal policies.
• Lead department heads and high-level executives across Sales, Credit, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and HR.
