The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of GL experience, strong Excel and SAP skills, and a solid understanding of PFRS. Collaboration with internal teams and a focus on accuracy are essential in this contract-based position based in Alabang.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in General Ledger or accounting operations.
• Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and general accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems such as SAP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and different stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the accuracy and completeness of general ledger accounts through regular monitoring, reconciliation, and clearing of outstanding balances.
• Review balance sheet accounts and investigate unusual or unreconciled items.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure discrepancies are identified, properly investigated, and resolved on a timely basis.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve accounting issues and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with established accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including account analysis and reconciliation requirements.
