BYD Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to manage General Ledger, month-end closings, and financial reporting. The role supports AR/AP, tax compliance, and audits while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure policy adherence.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with at least 3 years of GL experience, proficient Excel skills, and a strong understanding of AR/AP processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with General Ledger responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger accounting and financial closing processes.
• Good understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Basic knowledge of taxation and tax compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Handle General Ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Prepare and review financial reports for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Support AR and AP activities when required.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation.
• Support daily accounting operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in basic tax compliance, including tax filing prep, reconciliation, and documentation.
