Job summary

SKYE FOOD CORPORATION in Cavite area is seeking an Accountant to maintain accurate books, record transactions, and prepare financial statements. You will assist auditors and ensure timely tax filings while supporting management reports.

The ideal candidate has a finance degree and experience with P&L, reconciliations, and accounting software. This on-site role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in bookkeeping, accounting procedures, and financial reporting.
• Familiar with BIR filing requirements and Philippine tax compliance.
• Experience in the preparation of tax returns, financial statements, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Record and monitor financial transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, and other entries.
• Prepare and maintain accounting schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Prepare P&L reports and provide accounting support for financial analysis.
• Assist external auditors during audit engagements by preparing required documents.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of accounting records for audit and compliance.
• Assist in filing BIR tax returns and ensure timely tax compliance.
• Monitor tax deadlines and ensure Philippine tax compliance.
• Review invoices, receipts, and other documents for accuracy.

Qualifications:.

College graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Management, Finance, or any related course.
