Job summary

A leading management services company is seeking an experienced accountant to manage financial transactions and prepare necessary BIR reports. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields and at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Knowledge in Quickbooks and Philippine taxation is essential. The position is full-time and located in Makati City, with candidates expected to start immediately.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in accounting/auditing.
• Preferably 1-4 years experience in Finance - General/Cost Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions using Quickbooks and manual entries.
• Prepare BIR requirements such as VAT returns and corporate income tax returns.
• Prepare/review payroll for assigned companies.
• Preparation of reports for governmental agencies.
• Prepare financial statements of assigned companies.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Recording of all financial transactions using accounting system Quickbooks and also by means of manual entries in the books of accounts.
• Preparation of BIR requirements such as VAT returns, withholding tax returns, corporate income tax returns and other BIR forms and requirements.
• Prepares/Reviews payroll for the assigned companies
• Preparation of government agencies (SSS, PHIC & Pagibig) reports and payments.
• Preparation of financial statements (Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Income, Statement of Changes in Equity and Statement of Cash Flows) of the assigned companies.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Auditing or equivalent.
• Accountancy graduate, CPA is an advantage.
• Minimum of at least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (accounting/auditing).
• Preferably one to four (1-4) years experienced employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Proficient in Quickbooks system and MS Office application such as MS Word and Excel.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine Taxation.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• Applicant must be willing to work in Makati City
