Ideal candidates have a GAAP background, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Reports to the Finance Team Leader with onsite collaboration and growth opportunities in AU and the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a must.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting.
• Knowledge of PH tax laws and GAAP.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excel and spreadsheets proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Keep the accounting engine running smoothly by coordinating key functions.
• Turn numbers into insights through clear financial analysis and reporting.
• Project revenue and forecast expenses.
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
• Balance the books by maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and GL accounts.
• Support annual audit preparations and stay audit-ready year-round.
• Investigate and resolve audit findings and compliance issues.
• Prepare all company tax returns.
• Contribute to improvements in accounting tools, processes, and procedures.
• Support junior team members and assist where needed.

Reports to: Finance Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Keep the accounting engine running smoothly by coordinating key accounting functions and processes.
• Turn numbers into insights through clear financial analysis and reporting.
• Look into the future by projecting revenue and forecasting expenses.
• Help keep spending on track by assisting with budget preparation and monitoring.
• Balance the books like a pro-maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Be audit‑ready all year by supporting annual audit preparations.
• Play detective by investigating and resolving audit findings, discrepancies, and compliance issues.
• Own the tax side of things by preparing all company tax returns.
• Help level up our systems by contributing to improvements in accounting tools, processes, and procedures.
• Pitch in where needed-handling other accounting tasks and supporting junior team members along the way.

Qualifications:

• You've got the creds-a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a must.
• Experience that counts-at least 3 years doing your thing in accounting.
• Numbers with local know‑how-solid working knowledge of PH tax laws and GAAP.
• Sharp analytical skills-you don't just crunch numbers, you understand them.
• Excel is your playground-strong Microsoft Office skills, especially spreadsheets.
