Qualifications

Graduate of BS Accountancy.
CPA board passer.
3–6 years’ experience in the same role.
Experience in taxation, financial reporting and accounting systems.
Experience in property management is a plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly and annual financial reports with supporting schedules.
Administer purchase requisition approvals in Oracle.
Prepare and submit monthly reconciliations (SL vs GL).
Record treasury transactions including loans, interests, and money market placements.
Ensure complete and accurate entries for receipts and payments.
Prepare monthly accounting adjustments (journal vouchers).
Review monthly bank reconciliation results.
Prepare financial report package for the Parent Company.
Validate budgetary requirements and coordinate approvals in Oracle.
Assist in the preparation of annual and mid-year budget reports.
