The role includes managing payment requests, budget monitoring, and preparation of monthly financial reports to ensure compliance and timely reporting. The candidate should hold a BS Accountancy, be a CPA board passer, and have strong analytical and communication skills with MS Excel proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of BS Accountancy.
• CPA Board Passer.
• With 5 years’ experience in the same role.
• Experience in general accounting incl taxation, financial reporting and administration/ management of accounting system.
• Experience in property management is a plus.
• Strong analytical, good communication skills and ability to manage tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office applications especially MS Excel.

Aufgaben

• Validate expense/payment requests and ensure supporting documents are complete.
• Translate payment requests to voucher payable with correct tax rates.
• Endorse payments timely to Treasury for check preparation.
• Prepare monthly trial balance, schedules and management reports.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliation and monitor cash advances.
