Job summary

Prime365 Incorporated is seeking a detail-oriented General Accountant in Metro Manila (Taguig area) to join our team. You will manage daily accounting tasks, including AP/AR, reconciliations, and monthly closings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of BIR tax compliance. CPA is an advantage but not required; the role requires independence and reliable reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash transactions, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and record journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and other accounting transactions.
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and other accounting-related reports as required.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of company expenses, invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments, suppliers, and clients regarding accounting and payment concerns.
