Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist all accounting staffs as to their daily activities
• Supervise book keeping through Quickbooks
• Prepare and file BIR tax returns (VAT, Wtax, Doc Stamps, Income Tax Returns etc.)
• Ensures that all books of accounts are updated and registered on time with the BIR
• Ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly and annual tax remittances to BIR & LGUs
• Monitors the use and availability of invoices and official receipts and ensures these official documents are ordered and registered on time
• Review financial records such as prior tax return forms, income statements, and documentation on compliance
• Build and maintain relationship with businesses/individuals to resolve tax or finance issues
• Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals
• Trains and provide guidance to staff members
• Solve issues relating to planning and compliance of income tax and indirect tax
• Undertaking other tasks assigned from the Accounting Manager

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Licensed CPA: Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines is a plus but not required
• Experience: At least 3 years in Taxation and Accounting
• Audit Firm Experience: Experience with reputable audit firms is a plus
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of PH tax laws, ALPHALIST, 2316 Report, 1604C, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance
• Skills: Leadership, attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities

Salary Offer

• P30,000 P40,000 per month (NEGOTIABLE)
