Job summary

Apollo Technologies Incorporated in Makati invites applications for a detail‑oriented General Accountant responsible for day‑to‑day accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. This on‑site role partners with leadership to ensure accuracy and streamline finance workflows.

Key duties include end‑to‑end processes (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations), monthly/quarterly/annual statements under local standards, and timely filing of statutory requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance is required.
• CPA certification is highly preferred, especially for fresh graduates.
• 2–3 years of hands-on general accounting experience is expected.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar ERPs) and MS Excel is required.
• Knowledge of Philippine tax laws (BIR) and statutory regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
