Job summary

Playmate is seeking a seasoned General Accountant to support the finance department and drive the financial growth of a Philippine online gaming marketplace. The role involves daily accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, and maintaining precise records to ensure compliance and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in financial accounting, tax and audits, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and Oracle experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or related field.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in financial accounting, bookkeeping and auditing.
• Experience in an audit, tax, or management advisory firm is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, government compliance, and statutory reporting.
• Experience handling BIR tax audits is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Oracle experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, under pressure, and with integrity and professionalism.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and bank reconciliations

What are we looking for?
