• Tax Compliance: Prepare and file VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate income taxes with local authorities.
• Budgeting and Variance Analysis: Assist in developing annual budgets, monitor spending, and explain variances.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee invoicing, payments, disbursements, and overdue accounts.
• Audit Support: Gather documentation and assist auditors during financial reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• General Ledger Management: Maintain accurate journal entries, post financial transactions, and perform monthly, quarterly, or yearly account reconciliations.


• Financial Reporting: Prepare essential financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements (P&L), and cash flow statements.


• Tax Compliance: Prepare and file statutory and tax requirements (such as VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate income taxes) with local tax authorities like the Bureau of Internal Revenue.


• Budgeting and Variance Analysis: Assist in developing annual budgets, monitor departmental spending, and explain budget variances.


• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee billing, record invoice payments, process check disbursements, and follow up on overdue accounts.


• Audit Support: Gather documentation and assist internal or external auditors during financial reviews.
