Nidec Motor Philippines Corporation is seeking a General Accountant I to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls. You will analyze data, prepare reports, and support audits while helping with budgeting and planning in a hybrid work setup.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting, at least 3+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Excel and financial systems such as Hyperion, SAP BPC or Oracle. Graveyard shift work is required.

About the role

The General Accountant I plays an integral role in ensuring the financial health of the organization by providing accurate financial information to management through research, analysis of accounting data, and preparation of financial reports. The role supports financial compliance, reporting accuracy, and business decision-making.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

5. Strong knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, processes, and controls

7. Amenable to work on graveyard shift
