Job summary

NYGC Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior GenAI Full Stack Engineer to join our Metro Manila technology team. You will design, develop, and deploy innovative generative AI solutions spanning frontend interfaces and backend systems leveraging LLMs.

You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate AI requirements into production-ready systems, implement prompt engineering best practices, and drive AI initiatives across the stack.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with 3+ years in generative AI.
• Strong frontend (React/Vue/Angular) and backend (Python/Node.js/Java) skills.
• Expertise integrating large language models and AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

About the role

NYGC Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior GenAI Full Stack Engineer to join our growing technology team. This is a full-time position based in Metro Manila. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying innovative generative AI solutions that span both frontend and backend technologies. You will play a crucial part in driving our AI-powered product initiatives and establishing best practices for full stack development in the generative AI space. This position offers significant impact on our technology roadmap and the opportunity to work on cutting‑edge AI applications that serve our diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

1. Design and implement full stack generative AI solutions, including frontend interfaces and robust backend systems that leverage large language models and AI frameworks
2. Develop and optimise backend services and APIs that integrate with generative AI models and third‑party AI platforms
3. Create intuitive user interfaces and frontend applications that effectively present AI-generated content and insights to end users
4. Architect scalable solutions that handle high-volume AI requests whilst maintaining performance and reliability
5. Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other engineers to translate AI requirements into production‑ready systems
6. Implement best practices for prompt engineering, model fine‑tuning, and AI integration across the technology stack
7. Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior developers, and establish coding standards for GenAI development
8. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise GenAI applications to ensure they meet performance, security, and compliance requirements
9. Stay current with emerging generative AI technologies, frameworks, and industry developments, and recommend adoption where appropriate
10. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision‑making for GenAI projects

What we’re looking for

1. 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3+ years specialising in generative AI or machine learning projects
2. Demonstrated expertise in full stack development across both frontend (React, Vue, Angular, or similar frameworks) and backend technologies (Python, Node.js, Java, or similar languages)
3. Strong experience integrating and working with large language models (LLMs), such as OpenAI's GPT models, Claude, or open-source alternatives
4. Proficiency with AI frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or TensorFlow
5. Solid understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI model deployment
6. Experience building and deploying RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
7. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
8. Strong knowledge of database design, both relational and NoSQL databases
9. Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work on complex technical challenges
10. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
11. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
12. Preferred: Experience with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, vector databases, and AI security practices
13. Preferred: Contribution to open‑source AI or machine learning projects
14. Preferred: Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
