Qualifications

• At least 1 year hands-on experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS).
• HS graduates with 1 year call center experience are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities are essential.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Investigate and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Handle travel-related requests such as reservations, ticketing, rebookings, and cancellations using GDS
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products and services
• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
• Support continuous improvement in customer service processes and procedures
