Job summary

Lingaro Group Philippines is seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery, data lakes, and data warehouses. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, model data, implement ETL/ELT processes, and ensure scalable, high-performance data storage and retrieval.

You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with GCP cloud infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services including BigQuery.

Responsibilities

• Design, model and develop the GCP data ecosystem for a client project.
• Involve from requirements gathering through to delivery and documentation.
• Model data from multiple sources and optimize storage and retrieval architectures.
• Troubleshoot complex data problems and implement new features and capabilities.
• Mentor less experienced data engineers and share knowledge.
