Job summary

Jadeblue Petroleum Inc. is seeking a Gas Station Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Fairview location.

You will supervise staff, manage cashiers, and ensure high-quality service while enforcing company policies and safety standards. This role requires 2–5 years of supervisory experience in retail or multi-branch operations, strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in gas station/retail.
• Experience in sales, cash handling, inventory, and staff supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to be deployed to Regalado Ave., Corner Bristol St. North Fairview Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the gas station.
• Supervise, train, and monitor staff and cashiers.
• Monitor fuel and store sales, cash collections, and daily reports.
• Ensure fuel inventory and stock monitoring.
• Maintain excellent customer service and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety procedures, and operating standards.
• Monitor employee attendance, schedules, and performance.
• Coordinate with management regarding sales, operational concerns, and station performance.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper station presentation.
• Assist in achieving sales and operational targets.
