Job summary

Jadeblue Petroleum Inc. is seeking a capable Gas Station Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Paranaque location.

You will supervise staff and cashiers, monitor sales and inventory, and ensure top-notch customer service while enforcing safety and company standards. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of supervisory experience in gas stations or retail, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in multi-branch operations such as gas stations or retail.
• Experience in sales, cash handling, inventory, and staff supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily gas station operations.
• Supervise, train, and monitor staff and cashiers.
• Monitor fuel and store sales, cash collections, and daily reports.
• Ensure proper fuel inventory and stock monitoring.
• Maintain excellent customer service and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety procedures, and standards.
• Monitor attendance, schedules, and performance.
• Coordinate with management on sales and station performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and station presentation.
• Aid in achieving sales and operational targets.
