Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business-related fields.
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in gas stations or multi-branch operations.
• Experience in sales, cash handling, inventory, and staff supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, and be deployed to locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily gas station operations.
• Supervise, train, and monitor staff and cashiers.
• Monitor fuel and store sales, cash collections, and daily reports.
• Ensure proper fuel inventory and stock monitoring.
• Maintain excellent customer service and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and standards.
• Monitor attendance, schedules, and performance.
• Coordinate with management on sales and station performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the station.
• Assist in achieving sales and operational targets.
