• 1–2 years of BPO experience (from the ad).
• Experience in gaming/online entertainment is a plus.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets for basic reporting.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts and rotate monthly between day and night.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, calls, and messaging platforms.
• Assist in resolving player issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams for fast and accurate problem resolution.
• Provide top-tier service in English and Filipino.
• Monitor and help meet team KPIs and service level standards.
• Extract reports and perform simple data analysis to support decision-making.
