Job summary

Newport World Resorts in Pasay, Metro Manila, is seeking a Gaming Activity Agent to provide security and protect guests, employees, and assets in the gaming area.

You will enforce policies, respond to emergencies, monitor transactions, and maintain peace and order while delivering courteous service.

Candidates should have at least two years of college, LESP training, security experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Completed at least two years of college.
• LESP Training completed; SOSIA license preferred.
• At least 1 year of security experience.
• At least 1 year of related working experience in medical/emergency services.
• Strong background in security operations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Observant and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and protection to guests, employees, and company assets.
• Preserve peace and order by enforcing security policies and house rules.
• Prevent unauthorized access in restricted areas.
• Respond to commotions and emergencies.
• Report suspicious activity, irregularities, or potential hazards and risks.
• Monitor casino transactions and ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Provide security services when transporting cash and sensitive gaming equipment.
• Prepare daily report.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding property, facilities, promotions, etc.
• Record and attend to guest complaints.
• Promote positive customer relations by treating customers with courtesy, diplomacy, and respect in adherence with policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide security and protection to guests, employees, and company assets
• Preserve peace and order by enforcing Casino Security policies and procedures and house rules
• Prevent unauthorized access in restricted areas
• Respond to commotions and other emergencies
• Report any suspicious activity, irregularities, or potential safety and security hazards and risks
• Monitor casino transactions and ensure proper procedures are being followed
• Provide security services when transporting cash and sensitive gaming equipment
• Prepare daily report
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding property, facilities, promotions, etc.
• Record and attend to guest complaints
• Promote positive customer relations by treating customers with utmost courtesy, diplomacy, and respect in adherence with policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed at least two (2) years in college
• Has undergone LESP Training; preferably has SOSIA License
• Has at least one (1) year of Security experience
• Has at least one (1) year of related working experience in Medical / Emergency Services
• Has a strong background in Security Operations
• Possesses good communication
• Observant and capable of working under pressure
