TRANSCOSMOS ASIA PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Associate to handle inquiries via voice and non-voice channels.

You will assist with account, product, and service-related concerns and ensure timely resolutions based on established procedures. The role requires 6 months of BPO or customer service experience, good English communication, and willingness to work shifting schedules on-site in Taguig City.

Qualifications

At least 6 months BPO or customer service experience.
Finished at least Senior High School or 2nd yr. College Level.
Experience in gaming, e-commerce, or technical support is an advantage.
Good to excellent English communication skills.
Comfortable handling both voice and non-voice support.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Willing to work onsite in Taguig City.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and concerns through voice and non-voice channels.
Assist customers with account, product, and service-related concerns.
Provide accurate information and timely resolutions based on established procedures.
Assist with account access, transactions, promotions, and other gaming-related concerns.
Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Maintain professional and customer-focused communication at all times.
Meet required quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Follow company policies, security guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
