Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured management training program.
• Assist managers in planning, organizing, and monitoring daily operations.
• Assist in monitoring employee performance, attendance, productivity, and compliance with policies.
• Support implementation of company procedures, standards, and programs.
• Prepare reports, records and administrative documents.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment and resources as assigned.
• Identify operational problems and recommend solutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and employee relations.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and company activities.
