Stuff'd Philipppines is seeking a Management Trainee to join our growing team in the Philippines. You will actively participate in store operations, learn beverage preparation, and support team members to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in F&B services or related field.
• Experience in food and beverage or customer service preferred.
• Willing to be trained and to learn about F&B preparation.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and leadership potential.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience with POS and cash handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations.
• Prepare tea drinks and other beverages based on recipes.
• Assist team members on store operations.
• Handle customer inquiries/concerns.
• Take inventories and perform administrative tasks.
• Work as part of a high-energy team.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and quality controls.
