Private Advertiser is seeking a motivated Furniture Selection Consultant to assist clients in choosing furniture and furnishings that fit their needs, space, and budget.

You will provide product recommendations, prepare quotations, handle inquiries, and support showroom sales activities while building relationships and contributing to sales targets.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and requires strong communication and organizational skills, with basic MS Office knowledge.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related course preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in furniture sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Interest in furniture, interior furnishings, and product styling.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting furniture and furnishings for residential and commercial spaces.
• Present product features, materials, finishes, dimensions, and options.
• Recommend suitable furniture based on preferences, space, and budgets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and customer order documentation.
• Respond to product inquiries and follow up on quotations.
• Coordinate with internal teams on availability, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Build positive customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
