Job summary

Citco is hiring for a Fund Administrator role based in the Philippines. The team focuses on fund administration, asset servicing, and accounting, delivering seamless client experiences with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timelines.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Management, with CPA/CFA/CMA a plus. The role requires shifting schedules and proficiency in MS Excel, along with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Management is required.
• Relevant professional designation (CPA, CFA, CMA) is an advantage.
• Experience in Financial Services with high-volume operations and/or knowledge of fund accounting/hedge funds is a plus.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Record trade and non-trade transactions in custody and accounting systems.
• Liaise with Citco groups and external parties for information and documents.
• Perform cash and position reconciliations.
• Monitor and analyze portfolio pricing.
• Calculate and book fee accruals.
• Prepare NAV packages and financial statements.
• Prepare ad hoc reporting in line with client and internal requirements.
• Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion within SLAs.
• Work with clients and Citco offices and fund accountants to resolve issues.
• Perform other tasks as required by Seniors, Supervisors and/or Managers.
