Job summary

Citco Philippines is seeking an experienced leader to oversee Fund Administration teams, coaching Supervisors and staff, and driving daily operations to meet department goals. The role includes overseeing monthly and quarterly reporting, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining service levels with proper governance.

You will foster a collaborative environment, manage risk, and drive continuous improvements in processing standards across global partners.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance.
• 10+ years' experience in Financial Services, preferably in fund accounting.
• 8+ years' experience managing and/or leading staff.
• Knowledge of private equity SPV fund accounting.
• Project management skills and proven ability to effect change.
• Ability to work under pressure in a highly demanding environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Responsibilities

• You will perform overall leadership and coaching of staff including Supervisors and their direct reports.
• Oversee the daily operations of the teams and provide support and guidance in accomplishing department goals
• Oversee the preparation of monthly/quarterly reporting package, working papers and financial statement preparation with an adherence to relevant accounting standards
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and assist them on accounting and administrative issues and relevant developments
• Create and maintain acceptable service levels for key areas of responsibility
• Create an environment of co-operation and initiative through appropriate delegation, empowerment, training and motivation.
• Anticipate and resolve work concerns and exercise sound judgment to make appropriate adjustments.
• Contribute to the roll out and success of the Global processing initiative, working closely with colleagues in multiple locations globally.
• Assess areas of risk on each team and within the department and implement processes to address areas of concern.
• Identify opportunities to enhance technologyand automate procedures to limit or eliminate manual processes.
• Assist in the developing a global forum dedicated to sharing best practices and improving processing standards.
