Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a seasoned financial services data operations professional to join a hybrid team in Pasay. The role focuses on reviewing, processing, and analyzing alternative investment trades, and ensuring data integrity across reporting.

You will supervise a team, drive KPIs, and collaborate with custodians and vendors, delivering timely reports and scalable processes for hedge fund and private equity data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial services industry experience.
• 1+ years supervisory experience.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and analyze alternative investment trades, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers
• Aggregate, compile, and normalize large datasets of hedge fund and private equity investor data
• Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly upload files for Client Reporting database
• Ensure data integrity for all standardized and customizable reporting
• Develop operating procedures and assist in automation with the technology team
• Lead and coach team members to achieve KPIs and deliver high-quality services
