Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a data-entry focused operations professional in the Philippines to input critical fund information such as capital calls, distributions, and valuations into our workflow system.

You will ensure accuracy, support client activities, and assist with portfolio analysis, risk management, and reporting. Familiarity with Investran is a plus, and a degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background in accounting/finance or related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience or less.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter critical alternative investment information (capital calls, distributions, valuations) for clients into a workflow/performance system.
• Ensure information entered is reconciled, timely, and accurate.
• Provide high level of customer service by answering questions thoroughly and promptly and supporting client activities.
• Demonstrate understanding of the customized services provided to clients.
• Assist with portfolio analysis, monitoring, risk management, and reporting, and prepare cash reconciliations and wires for cash movements.
• Reconcile metrics including unfunded commitments, IRR, and MOIC, and exchange data with clients' platforms.
• Grow as a data-driven professional and implement AI and automation technologies.

Your Responsibilities

• Process and enter critical alternative investment information (capital calls, distributions, and valuations) for clients into a workflow/performance system
• Ensure the information entered is reconciled, timely, and accurate
• Ensure a high level of customer service by answering questions thoroughly and in a timely manner and supporting client activities
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the customized services provided to clients
• Assist with portfolio analysis and monitoring, risk management, and reporting, and prepare cash reconciliations as well as wires for cash movements
• Reconcile agreed-upon metrics, including unfunded commitments, IRR, and MOIC, and exchange data flows with clients' platforms
• Grow as a data-driven professional and implement innovative AI and automation technologies

Your profile

• Microsoft Suite experience, including proficiency in Excel
• Highly organized and proactive, with follow-through on commitments
• Personal and professional integrity, with a strong work ethic, responsiveness, and passion for customer service and quality
• Excellent team player with strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
• Ability to work with team members and management remotely, and to receive feedback and review comments on work prepared
• Knowledge and experience in the Fund/Alternatives is required
• Experience working with the Investran system is a plus

Preferred Education And Experience

• Strong academic background, preferably with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Audit, Economics, or a related field
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience
