Job summary

Vistra is seeking a Senior Associate, Fund Accounting to serve as the primary client contact for allocated portfolios in a Singapore-based role. You will lead discussions on operations, review financial statements, and draft IFRS/US GAAP disclosures, ensuring accurate NAVs and capital calls.

You will collaborate with multiple Vistra teams to deliver precise reporting and strong client relationships, leveraging Yardi and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
• 3 years of accounting/auditing experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore FRS/IFRS and US GAAP.
• Familiarity with INREV reporting is preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Investment Management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary client service contact for the assigned portfolio and strengthen client relationships.
• Lead discussions with clients on operational matters and critical issues.
• Review financial statements, management accounts, and accounting packages.
• Draft disclosures for IFRS/US GAAP and INREV reporting.
• Review capital calls, distributions, and NAVs.
• Coordinate with fund investors to meet reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with other Vistra teams to ensure smooth operations.
