Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Metro Manila is seeking a Fund Servicing Officer to join our global Fund Accounting team. You will manage the daily workflow, NAV validations, reconciliations, reporting, and tax-related tasks while ensuring timely dividend distributions.

You will collaborate across locations, maintain strong controls, and contribute to the ongoing development of Fund Accounting processes and SOPs, supporting regulatory changes and client inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Chartered Accountants preferred.
• Experience in fund accounting or asset-management operations is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the workflow through the lifecycle of Fund Accounting operations.
• Take charge of daily workflow control within the Fund Accounting team.
• Maximize team capacity through effective resource planning and training.
• Ensure daily controls and processing are completed and signed off; handle client inquiries.
• Provide effective communication to the department about changes in policy and regulation.
• Review SOP content to align with new policies and risk management activities.
• Contribute to strategic development of Fund Accounting products.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders across locations.
