Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the Philippines is seeking a Fund Servicing Associate within Securities Services Operations. You will ensure accurate NAV calculations, investigate breaks, and support data quality and control improvements across fund accounting.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to reduce breaks, maintain security identifiers, and provide data for valuations and unit activity. The role emphasizes structured problem-solving, ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA, MBA, or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pension funds and fund accounting.
• Working knowledge of fund accounting and reconciliation processes.
• Securities operations knowledge including dividends, principal and interest, corporate actions, and trading activity.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with proactive issue escalation.
• Demonstrated relationship management skills and ability to influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end NAV reconciliations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Compare fund accounting records with internal records for holdings, derivatives, FX forwards, cash, accruals, payables and receivables.
• Produce reconciliation packs and reporting outputs using internal systems.
• Investigate material NAV breaks and drive timely resolution with internal/external stakeholders.
• Apply quality management practices to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain security static data to ensure accurate identifiers (ISIN, WKN).
• Provide expense accrual inputs to the processing team when required.
• Coordinate information flow for valuations and unit activity with stakeholders.
• Support processing and reconciliation activities related to OTC derivatives.
• Manage inquiries with clear, accurate, and timely responses and maintain records.
