Zusammenfassung

OutForce Inc. is recruiting a Fund Accountant to join Centuria Capital, an ASX-200 listed investment manager. The role focuses on statutory and management reporting, tax compliance, and financial accounting for estate funds in Australia and New Zealand.

You will prepare financial statements, reconciliations, tax calculations, and budgets while collaborating across business units to enhance processes. The ideal candidate has commercial, corporate or property fund experience, strong Excel and ERP

Qualifikationen

• Accountant with commercial, corporate or property fund experience.
• Big 4 experience is highly regarded.
• Experience with tax calculations (GST, PAYG) and financial statements.
• Proficient in OneSource Accounts Production, MRI and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and month-end journals.
• Produce monthly management reporting and financial statements.
• Compute tax calculations (GST, PAYG, annual income tax).
• Maintain fund cash flow forecasts and expense budgets.
• Support treasury and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows.
• Assist in year-end and regulatory reporting cycles.
• Liaise with multiple business units to implement improvements.
