Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA license is required.
• Minimum 5–7 years in accounting principles and fund accounting in brokerage/mutual fund.
• Knowledge of banking/financial services and asset management is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SFI software (WinStockSS.Net) and familiarity with trading systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports: trial balance, income statement, and partners' capital.
• Monitor investments: pricing/valuations and realized gains.
• Review corporate actions and accrue interest on loans/investments.
• Calculate management and incentive fees and ensure recognition by period.
• Support external audits and regulatory compliance submissions.
• Mentor accounting staff and supervise deliverables.
