Job summary

TOA Global Pty is seeking a detail-driven Fund Accountant to support U.S.-based investment fund clients from the Philippines. You will manage general ledger entries, capital calls and distributions, and monthly reconciliations for multiple funds in a remote, full-time role.

The role requires a accounting degree and 4–10 years of experience. Expect night shift alignment with North American hours, 100% remote work, generous leaves, HMO and life insurance, and a defined career path toward senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 4–10 years of relevant experience in audit, tax, or financial services is preferred.
• Strong understanding of fund operations and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fund general ledgers and post accruals and complex journal entries.
• Calculate and record capital calls and distributions; prepare capital account roll forwards.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and compile monthly/quarterly financial statements and footnotes.
• Own assigned portfolios and seek process improvements in fund administration.
