Job summary

TOA Global Pty is seeking a Senior Client Accounting Specialist to manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of U.S. small to mid-sized businesses.

You will handle monthly close, reconciliations, journal entries, and workpapers, collaborating directly with the firm owner from a 100% remote setting in the Philippines. You will oversee QuickBooks Online environments, ensure chart of accounts integrity, and perform year-end support including Form 1099 workpapers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional accounting experience, including U.S. clients
• Exposure to multi-entity structures (Corporations, S-Corps, Partnerships, LLCs)
• Strong QuickBooks Online proficiency and CS Professional Suite familiarity
• Excellent written and spoken English communication
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and close processes

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for multi-entity U.S. clients and monthly close
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and prepare journal entries
• Oversee QuickBooks Online ecosystems and maintain chart of accounts
