Job summary
The HIRD- Philippines is urgently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst – AE to join our team in the Philippines. The role focuses on implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM modules and ensuring effective security, workflow automation, and governance across business processes.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years hands-on D365 CRM experience, strong functional analysis skills, and the ability to coordinate testing and UAT with business, product, and technical teams.
