Job summary

InsightQ Consulting Group seeks an ERP Functional Consultant to analyze business requirements, configure ERP systems, and deliver solutions that meet client needs. You will guide best practices, conduct testing, and provide end-user training and support.

The role involves working with clients to optimize processes, collaborate with technical consultants on integrations, and participate in pre-sales activities. Travel to client sites is expected as needed for project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP implementation and functional consulting.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience configuring and customizing ERP systems to meet client requirements.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and ERP best practices.
• Experience in system testing and issue resolution.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
