SMA Support Services is hiring for a cloud, AI/ML, and development-focused role in the Philippines. You will manage AWS services, develop Python automation, and collaborate via GitHub to support machine learning workflows.

The position emphasizes ML/AI model training, labeling with Label Studio, and YOLO-based computer vision tasks, with a strong emphasis on independence and clear communication in a remote setting.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full stack dev knowledge is a plus.

Primary Task

Cloud & Infrastructure Management

Development & Automation

• Write, debug, and maintain Python scripts for automation, data processing, and AI workflows.

AI/ML & Data Handling (Preferred)

• Support model training pipelines, dataset preparation, and labeling.

• Use tools like Label Studio for dataset annotation.

• Assist in object detection and computer vision projects, particularly with YOLO frameworks.

Virtual Assistant & Coordination Tasks

• Document processes, workflows, and technical guides.

• Communicate effectively with team members to relay updates, clarify requirements, and track deliverables.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal teams.
