Full Time IT & AI Automation Specialist ( Remote) Salary range : 1000USD - 3000USD ( Negotiable based on expertise and experiences) Working time : Monday- Saturday / Monday- Friday

We’re looking for an IT & AI Automation Specialist to join our team and help us identify, design, build, test, and document automation opportunities across the business.

This is not just an execution role. We want someone who can think independently, understand how a business works, identify repetitive or inefficient processes, and turn those opportunities into practical technology solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with our team and understand how different departments operate.
• Look for repetitive, manual, time-consuming, or error-prone processes.
• Think from a problem-solving and automation-first mindset.
• Identify opportunities where AI, automation, integrations, scripts, websites, or internal tools could improve the process.

2. Propose Solutions

• Clearly explain the problem you found.
• Research possible solutions and recommend the most practical approach.
• Create a simple proposal covering the current problem, proposed solution, tools/technology, expected outcome, and estimated development effort.
• Discuss the solution with the founder/team and get approval before building.

3. Build & Implement

• Work with AI/LLM tools, n8n, Make, APIs, webhooks, Google Workspace, CRM systems, Slack/Telegram, databases, and internal tools.
• You do not need to be an expert in every technology, but you should be comfortable learning and choosing the right tool for the problem.

4. Test & Improve

• Identify edge cases and possible failures.
• Make sure workflows work reliably in real-world situations.
• Fix issues and improve solutions based on team feedback.

5. Document Everything

• Document what problem the automation solves and how the system works.
• Document tools, integrations, workflow/process, setup instructions, configurations, common issues, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

You should be curious about how the business works and constantly look for ways to make processes faster, simpler, and more reliable.

Requirements

• Previous experience in AI automation, IT, software, or technical operations.
• Experience building business automations and integrations.
• Basic web development knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools.
• Strong problem-solving ability.

Medic Paths wants to improve communication with parents/clients, reduce repetitive manual communication, and ensure enquiries and follow-ups are handled consistently.

Please demonstrate:

1. Identify the Problem Explain what you think could be improved and what information you would need before developing the solution.

2. Design the Solution Show us your proposed automation workflow.
