Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or bakery experience is desirable.
• Basic baking techniques and food safety knowledge.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 kg.

Responsibilities

• Prepare baking ingredients according to recipes.
• Operate bakery equipment safely (ovens, mixers, proofers).
• Monitor items and remove from oven when done.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area.
• Assist bakers in dough, fillings, decorating.
• Stock supplies and organize storage areas.
• Follow food safety protocols and company policies.
• Support kitchen team with general prep.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
