Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking a Mid Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and applications using C#/.NET and Angular. You will work across data, backend, and frontend to support business needs and ensure secure, scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates have strong SQL, ETL/ELT experience, and a track record in modern web app development. Hybrid work model is offered, with relocation flexibility to Eastwood, Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, or a related technical role.
• Strong programming experience with C# and .NET.
• Strong experience with Angular and modern web application development.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data transformation.
• Experience working with Git or other version-control systems.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, and deployment practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data processing solutions.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using C#/.NET.
• Build and enhance web applications and user interfaces using Angular.
• Develop data integrations between internal systems, databases, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Work with relational and/or cloud-based databases to support data storage, transformation, and reporting requirements.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) processes.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, security, and reliability across data solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data, application, and integration issues.
• Optimize application and data-processing performance.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data analysts, business stakeholders, and other technical teams.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Follow software development and data engineering best practices, including version control and CI/CD.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing data platforms and applications.
