Job summary

Outsourced.ph in the Philippines seeks a senior full-stack .NET developer to design, build, and support enterprise-grade applications for global clients. You will lead design discussions, mentor peers, and own technical direction while delivering robust, scalable solutions.

The role requires expert C#/.NET skills, modern front-end experience, and strong SQL Server capabilities within a hybrid Eastwood-based team. Collaboration and client-facing communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• 3+ years of relevant commercial experience in full-stack .NET development.
• Prior lead or senior developer experience with mentoring and ownership.
• Strong C# and .NET skills across ASP.NET Core, Web API, EF; MVC/AJAX.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack apps using C#/.NET and modern JavaScript.Lead technical design discussions and architectural decisions.
• Translate client requirements into technical solutions and system design docs.
• Build and optimise data-driven features with Microsoft SQL Server; include stored procedures and tuning.
• Perform code reviews, uphold standards, and champion testing practices.
• Mentor junior and intermediate developers and share knowledge.
