Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking a senior full‑stack developer to join a team building robust enterprise solutions for clients in health and related sectors. You will design and implement across C#/.NET back‑end and modern front‑end frameworks, mentor peers, and shape technical direction.

You will collaborate with experienced engineers, conduct design reviews, and ensure code quality with automated testing. The role offers hybrid work in Eastwood and a strong emphasis on collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification required.
• 3+ years of commercial experience in full-stack .NET development.
• Prior lead or senior developer experience preferred.
• Strong C#/.NET skills including ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework.
• Frontend experience with Angular or React, plus HTML/CSS/JS/TypeScript.
• Strong SQL Server skills with complex queries and performance tuning.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Experience with automated testing (xUnit/NUnit).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using C#/.NET and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Translate client requirements into documented technical solutions and system designs.
• Work with data-driven features backed by SQL Server and ETL/reporting tools.
• Conduct code reviews and promote unit testing and automation.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and share knowledge.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment and support.
• Collaborate with health-sector clients to troubleshoot, scope enhancements, and deliver responsive service.
• Contribute to CI/CD, source control workflows and DevOps tooling.
