Responsibilities

All rounded design involvement including Concept Design, Space Planning and Documentation.
Meet clients to discuss project scope and timelines.
Prepare floor plans for client and building management presentations.
Develop design concepts and 3D models to convey ideas to clients.
Prepare production detailed drawings and joinery detailing.
Coordinate color, materials and finishes selections.
Create color and material boards for presentations.
Present designs to clients and collaborate with contractors for smooth delivery.
