Job summary

Ninja Van is seeking a Fulfillment Sales Manager in Manila to lead client acquisition, drive lead conversion, and ensure smooth onboarding. This role is central to revenue growth and is expected to exceed quarterly sales targets while expanding our merchant base across Southeast Asia.

You will optimize the entire sales funnel from prospecting through activation, develop and execute strategic initiatives, and collaborate with marketing, operations and product to improve the merchant experience,

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and client onboarding.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with last-mile logistics is a plus.

The Fulfillment Sales Manager is responsible for driving client acquisition, lead conversion, and seamless customer onboarding to generate revenue and exceed sales targets. This role focuses on identifying and engaging potential clients, optimizing the sales funnel, and ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to active customer. By developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, the Fulfillment Sales Manager plays a key role in accelerating business growth, enhancing customer experience, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
