Qualifications

• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Knowledge of FCRA.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
• Experience in background screening, records research, or compliance is a plus.
• Experience with onboarding and Form I-9 verification.
• Proficiency with common office software and online research tools.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work U.S. business hours.
