Job summary

RELX seeks a Fulfillment Coordinator in Manila to manage data-driven processes across client and management directions. You will ensure productivity and quality targets are met while learning new enterprise AI tools and technologies.

Required are 1–2 years of BPO experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; Salesforce/JIRA knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (in any field) or at least 2nd year college completed (with no back subjects/incomplete units)
• 1–2 years BPO experience
• Above average to Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
• Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and MS Office applications

The role requires keen attention to detail while maintaining productivity at defined proficiency levels and an aptitude to learn new processes.

YOU HAVE...

• Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months.
• Must not be enrolled in any Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for the last 12 months.
• Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 months.
• Must have a successful or above rating in the last Enabling Performance cycle .
