Job summary

RELX is seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator in the Philippines to review data across tools and databases, and to execute client-defined processes with accuracy and productivity.

You will work with internal and external teams, ensure quality targets, and identify improvements while learning new enterprise AI workflows. Candidate should have 1–2 years BPO experience and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2nd year college completed.
• 1–2 years BPO experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and client focus.
• Ability to learn enterprise AI tools and workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce/JIRA is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM and cloud apps (Google/MS Office).
• In-role stability: minimal disciplinary actions in last year.

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As a Fulfillment Coordinator, you will be working with different tools and databases to review data. You are responsible for executing processes as defined by the client and/or management. The role requires keen attention to detail while maintaining productivity at defined proficiency levels and an aptitude to learn new processes.

What Will You Do

• Execute processes assigned by the client and/or management.
• Ensure defined productivity targets are met.
• Ensure defined quality targets are met.
• Identify process improvement opportunities as they arise.
• Reports process deficiencies to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
• Creating and finishing projects assigned by the client.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams in completing projects.
• Review submissions.

YOU HAVE…

• Bachelor’s Degree (in any field) or at least 2nd year college completed (with no back subjects/incomplete units)
• At least 1-2 years BPO experience
• Above average to Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce, JIRA is a plus.
• Experience in using CRM and other similar applications or tools.
• Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and MS Office applications.
• Must be in current role for 1 year.
• Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months.
• Must not be enrolled in any Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for the last 12 months.
• Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 months.
• Must have a successful or above rating in the last Enabling Performance cycle.
